About the role
You’ll grow our partner network and bring in new business — universities, agents, referral partners and corporate routes. The role is focused on opening new doors, not just managing what we already have.
What you'll do
- Find and bring in new partners, agents and referral sources.
- Build long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Manage your pipeline from first contact through to signed.
- Represent YoUni Mentor at industry events and partner meetings.
- Track and report on activity and outcomes.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in BD, sales or commercial — education or consultancy a plus.
- A track record of bringing in new business.
- Strong communication and negotiation.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
- English B1 or above.
