About the role

You’ll grow our partner network and bring in new business — universities, agents, referral partners and corporate routes. The role is focused on opening new doors, not just managing what we already have.

What you'll do

  • Find and bring in new partners, agents and referral sources.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through to signed.
  • Represent YoUni Mentor at industry events and partner meetings.
  • Track and report on activity and outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in BD, sales or commercial — education or consultancy a plus.
  • A track record of bringing in new business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline tracking.
  • English B1 or above.
