FAQ
Is your service free?
Yes – completely. YoUni Mentor is free for students. There is no cost to you at any stage.
Do I need to quit my job to study?
No. Most of our students make adjustments with their work while studying. Universities offer flexible timetables – specifically designed for working adults, so you can choose what fits you.
Can I apply without existing qualifications?
Yes. Many of our universities offer a Foundation Year – a one-year entry route that leads directly into a full degree, no qualifications required.
I'm not a British citizen — can I still get funding?
Yes, if you meet one of the eligibility criteria – such as EU Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, ILR, or certain visa types. Some refugee statuses have also been proven to qualify. The rules are specific – book a free consultation and we’ll check your situation in minutes.
How long does the process take from first call to enrolled?
For most students, 2-8 weeks from first enquiry to enrolment confirmation. We handle all the guidance, university communication, and make your journey easy.

One of our advisors will get in touch with you, check your eligibility, match you to suitable programmes, and answer any questions you might have. You’ll always leave the call with a clear next step.
